Section Bending
Section bending, also known as cold bending, has been one of our primary bending techniques for 70 years. Our service has been developed on machinery primarily designed and built in-house to meet exacting customer specifications.
Induction Bending
Induction bending, also known as hot bending, is a controlled method of bending tube, pipe, SHS and sections via heat, and is suitable for a wide range of industry requirements, as it ensures there is minimal deformation on the profile, even at tight radii.
Press Braking
We operate a variety of press braking machines, each with their own complete range of tooling to ensure a quick and accurate turnaround of free issue or complete supply material, in lengths of up to 10,000mm.
Plate Rolling
We offer plate rolling in a wide range of carbon and stainless steels, from 5mm thick in up to 3m lengths, or up to 200mm thick on our heavy duty plate forming equipment.
Spiral & Helical bending
Our comprehensive range of spiral & helical bending machines mean we can provide accurate 3 dimensional bending in Tube, Sections, Plate and Solid Bar, to tight tolerances.
Tube Manipulation
We operate a range of Rotary Tables and Tube Bending machinery including CNC controlled multiple axis machines, providing tooling to allow most tube diameters to be curved from a bend ratio of 2D upwards.
Welding and Fabrication
To complement our wide range of metal bending services, we offer a fully accredited in-house welding service, meeting global standards for quality and accuracy.
