Section bending, also known as cold bending, is the process of curving metal sections, such as angles, channels, beams, and tubes, into custom shapes without the application of heat. Over this time, we have fine-tuned our offering and have developed a range of section bending machinery that has been designed and built in-house to ensure we not only meet, but exceed our customers’ expectations when it comes to providing accurate and cost effective curved steel sections, bar, tube, and plate.
As we have over 25 section bending machines in operation, meaning we can turn around customer jobs quickly and economically, regardless of size, intricacy, or volume.

Our machines can bend up to 1100mm deep for Universal Beams and have a diameter of 508mm for Tube (larger tubes can be curved using our hot bending process).
