Since May 2025, the majority of Angle Ring’s manufacturing facilities have been working a compressed four-day working week, bringing a wide range of benefits to both our employees and a business as a whole.
After experiencing first-hand the positive outcome this has had on our manufacturing facilities, we are now extending the four-day working week to all employees across the business.
As a business, we are committed to this change to support our team, encourage a stronger work-life balance and improve wellbeing, helping us build a more sustainable future for everyone at Angle Ring.
